one-room makeover B - the full-service option
(subject to schedule availability/available only in Arlington and Falls Church)
End-to-end, full-service execution in which you don’t lift a finger. Includes everything in Package A, followed by
my execution of the plan, including the purchasing and installation of furniture, artwork, paint, and wallpaper, and
the coordination of licensed and bonded service professionals for electric, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed,
can include (if you prefer) my being at your home to meet/supervise subcontractors so that you don’t have to take days off work to babysit a plumber. (If my schedule does not allow for this, I do have trusted supervising subcontractors who handle this work whom I can recommend.)
Subcontractors’ fees for licensed and bonded work (electric, plumbing, etc) are not included in this pricing but if you choose to elect this full-service option, I will
give my educated opinion, based on numerous prior jobs, on a ballpark figure for what the job should cost
arrange quotes from and manage my go-to “Dream Team” electrician, plumber, handyman, tilers, painters, and full-scale renovation contractors as they carry out your dream design
give you access to my “insider pricing” from the above contractors, based on my years of experience working with contractors who know that I know what I need and there won’t be surprises.
give you access to my preferred scheduling status with said contractors as well. Popular contractors are often booked months in advance, but they will find time in their schedule for known and trusted partners.
Full-service pricing includes my design work as well as project management expertise, it does NOT include prepayment of orders for all approved furniture/housewares, based on the product list. You will pay all contractors directly so that their licensing, bonding, and warranties inure to your benefit instead of mine. I do not receive any “kickback” for referring these contractors, they are just the best people for the job. You may use your own contractors, of course, if you go the DIY route.
