Do you have an Airbnb at the beach that’s sitting empty 50% of the time because the previous owners’ decor (or yours) is a bit lackluster? I’ve got a remedy for that. Pricing is quoted upon review of photographs, location, timing, and complexity of project (number of rooms, current condition, etc). Encompasses surface-level aesthetic makeovers (think: new paint, furniture, light fixtures, decorative items, rugs, blankets, bedding, window treatments, throw pillows, dishes, small appliances, etc).
Special pricing discounts are negotiable based on timing and onsite needs - I never complain about working at the beach! Please note that while I can recommend additional structural changes like moving walls, etc, I must decline to manage structural projects out of town as I do not have trusted contractors outside of the DMV area that I work with regularly, know, and trust to handle your property. I can, however, be your liaison with whatever contractor you hire to bring the vision to life.
